The Registration Form, customized by you, captures all necessary "new customer" information for a successful online registration. The one page form can accommodate up to 5 new students and 5 class selections per submittal. It includes your legal policies and payment requirements, and handles automatic email notifications. The Registration Form also automatically "enrolls" the new student and can post the class tuition to the family account. This provides convenience for your new customers to register via your website, at any time, day or night, and because they are completing the registration process themselves, your staff is free to carry out other tasks.

Overview of Online Registration "Flow"
By clicking a live "Register" link in one of your website's Class Listings tables, customers are brought to your custom Registration Form with the class pre-filled in. There, the new customer completes the following: Family, Contact, Student, and Billing information. The customer also reads and agrees to your Legalese. Once submitted, the student is enrolled into the selected class. The form can accommodate up to 5 students with 5 class selections each.
Within minutes of the form being submitted, an email "Alert" is sent to your organization, and an email "Confirmation" is sent to the customer, complete with all the details.
You may choose the option of having Jackrabbit automatically post the class tuition to the family account during online registration. It is important to understand that Jackrabbit cannot
calculate discounts during web registration, therefore, the full class tuition is posted
(but not charged) to the family's account. Alternatively, if you choose not to have the tuition fee posted automatically, your staff can post the fee to the family at a later date. Registration Fees can also be posted if you choose.
If you are using e-Commerce with Jackrabbit you will use the PAYMENT button, then E-Payment button, to initiate the charging of the credit card for the balance due. If you are NOT using e-Commerce with Jackrabbit you will take your payment (cash, check) and use the PAYMENT Button to create a Payment transaction linked to the fees you created.
