Great Examples of Online Registration from some of our Clients
The list below can give you some creative ideas for displaying your own data. Keep in mind that each site hires their own webmaster to create the look of their site, while integrating Jackrabbit to meet their specific needs. Notice the variety of ways that your class information can be displayed. Also take notice of Portal links and Event calendars.

Barron Gymnastics -
www.BarronGymnastics.com uses their Categories 1 and 2 to group listing tables into different webpages.
- Home page: the Customer Portal login button is easy to find and they also have a portal "How To" page for first time users, including links to our free portal instructional video.
- Choose any program from the Instructional Classes dropdown in their Navigation menu (Preschool Gymnastics is a good example). Each program page gives the parent plenty of information about those programs. Choose a level of the program and click the "School Year Schedule" icon under it, and the next page contains that program level's Class Listings table.
- They choose to only display 5 columns in the tables, and they take advantage of the "Waitlist" functionality for full classes.
Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy -
www.BartConnerGymnastics.com also uses their Categories 1 and 2 to group listing tables into different webpages.
- Home page has a large Online Registration box which then directs existing customers to the Portal and new customers to the appropriate class schedules.
- On each page of Preschool or Rec classes, tables are organized by program level (Category 2), making finding the right class quick and easy for their customers.
Excalibur Gymnastics -
www.ExcaliburGymnastics.com also uses their Programs and Levels to create class listings tables.
- Their portal login is in the upper right corner of header and it is available from every page.
- Choose the "Become a Member" from their Navigation bar OR their "Class Schedule" from the Right Side navigation, and you will be taken to a page that contains ALL their classes, divided by program as well as levels.
Gym Stars Etc -
www.GymStarsEtc.com also uses their Categories to organize their classes.
- Their portal login is in the header and it is available from every page.
- Choose the "Class Schedule" from the left navigation list to see a listing of all classes grouped by program.
Performance Gymnastics Academy -
www.Performance-Gymnastics.com also uses their Categories to organize their classes.
- Their portal login is in the header navigation bar and it is available from every page.
- Choose the "Classes > Tumble Bugs Preschool" (as one example) in the main navigation. Preschool classes are grouped by Cat1 (program) and Cat2 (level).
123 Ready Set Grow Academy -
www.123ReadySetGrowAcademy provides child care for infants through school age.
- The Customer Portal is in the left side bar which is available from every page.
- Choose "Enrollment > Class Listings" to see the available classes.
- Choose "Parent Junction > Events Calendar" to see Events.
- They used iframes to embed both the Class Listing table and the Event Calendar into their webpages.
Park Hill School District -
www.ParkHill.k12.mo.us is a public school with after-school care.
- Choose School-Age Child Care in the Quick Links box, then choose Online Registration - a class listing table describes the available care programs.
- The Customer Portal is in the left mini-menu.
Playhouse Preschool -
www.Playhouse-Preschool.com is a full service child care facility.
- The Customer Portal, Registration, and Event Calendar links are all highly visible on the home page.
- Choose the "Register for.." link, and you are taken to their Class Listings table, where the classes are sorted by Day.
- Choose the "Events Calendar" from the home page, and the Events calendar displays.
The Discovery Tree -
www.TheDiscoveryTree.net is an early childhood education center.
- The Customer Portal is easily found on the home page, left side menu.
- Choose the "Registration" link upper left and you are taken to their Class Listings table, where their classes are sorted by Program.
Arlington Dance Place -
www.ArlingtonDancePlace.com uses their Category codes to group classes on different webpages, then further group them by type of dance.
- The Customer Portal login is in a navigation bar above the header, called "Account Login".
- From the Home page, you can select Online Registration options from the left side menu. Choose, for example, "Young Dancers".
- Once on that particular page, they have grouped the Young Dancers classes further by type. They have provided descriptive text above each table explaining that type.
Dance Endeavors -
www.DanceEndeavors.com is a great example of a webhost that does not allow scripting. They used an iframe to embed the table onto their webpage.
- On the Home page, notice the Customer Portal login for returning customers (they used the Jackrabbit Dance bunny!) and the Online Registration image for new customers.
- You can also select the "Classes > Class Schedules" tab to view the table.
- Only one table is used for all their classes, and is arranged mostly by age.
Impact Dance Studio -
www.ImpactDanceStudio.com organizes classes by program.
- Notice the "View and Register" button is easily found in the center of the header.
- Once on the Registration page, customer may choose by Location or Dance type.
- A detailed table is shown for each dance type by filtering of their Category 1 code.
Rockin' Horse Dance Barn -
www.Learn2Dance4Fun.com organizes their dance classes by DAY of the week.
- Select Classes>Schedule to view the classes organized by Day.
- Detailed registration instructions are given at the top of the page.
Rhythm in Effect -
www.RhythmInEffect.com displays their dance classes by Age then by dance type.
- Customer Portal login is in the header - available from any page.
- Select Classes from main navigation and all the classes are displayed on one page, filtered by using all three of their Category codes.
- Their webmaster has added text boxes to the left of each table, and color coded the tables for distinction among programs.
Showcase Dance Studio -
www.ShowcaseDanceStudio.net displays their dance classes by Age then by dance type.
- Customer Portal login is in the header - available from any page.
- Select Classes > Online Class Registration and all the classes are displayed on one page, filtered by their Category 1 codes which they used defined as age ranges.
- Their webmaster has color coded the tables for distinction among programs.
Drama Kids -
www.DramaKids.com is a large multi-state, multi-region franchise offering hundreds of classes.
- From the Virginia Drama Kids site, their webmaster has coded location "Points" so that the parent can see the various locations where classes are held. Clicking on any Point then takes you to the page showing the Class Listings tables organized by those Locations.
Lake Norman Performing Arts -
www.LKNPerform.com groups first by discipline, then by program.
- Choose Class Schedule from the main navigation tab, then choose your discipline, such as Drama.
- The Drama class schedules are shown and further grouped by their Category 2 code.
Musical Arts Academy of Music and Dance -
www.MusicalArts.org organizes by discipline.
- Choose the Theater tab - they provide instructions followed by the Jackrabbit class listing table of Theater classes.
- They are using Table Style #2, an alternative format that is limited in customization but offers the basic information in a nice layout.
Learning, Languages, and Education
Carolina Learning Connection -
www.CarolinaLearningConnection.com allows users to pick general and specific programs to go directly to the chosen table.
- Notice the Student Portal is easily visible and accessible on the home page.
- Select "Classes" from their main navigation menu and you will see general Programs (their Category 1s) and also Speciality (their Category 2s).
- Choose Program or Speciality of interest and you are shown the Class Listing Table. Their webmaster has styled the tables without borders.
Futura Adventures -
www.FuturaAdventures.com is a large multi-state, multi-region franchise offering hundreds of classes.
- Select a Region "Register" dropdown. Each location displays workbooks and classes.
- Within a Region they further organize the classes by Location alphabetically, making it easy to find the closest classes.
The Language Workshop for Children -
www.LanguageWorkshopForChildren.com uses questions to narrow their customer's search to the proper class listings.
- From the "Find your class and Enroll in 3 Easy Steps" button at the bottom, choose student's age, city, and language of choice.
- Based on those choices, the Jackrabbit Class Listings are displayed. Their webmaster has styled the listings without edge borders.
Beaufort Family Karate -
www.BeaufortFamilyKarate.com uses the Customer Portal and the Registration form.
- Select Student Portal, or Registration tab from the Navigation menu to be taken to each link.
Multi-Sports or Multi-Disciplines
Gym Magic -
www.GymMagic.com is a large multi-sport business offering Gymnastics, Cheer, Dance, Swim, Summer Camp, and Preschool.
- Customer Portal is a bright green "Member Login" box on the home page.
- Choose a Sport, then the appropriate dropdown under it. From the next page, choose a related post (webpage). Each webpage then has its own description and class listing table.
- If it is springtime, they will have a Summer Camp page complete with class listings tables grouped by camp "Week".
KidsU -
www.KidsU.com is a large multi-state, multi-region, multi-sport business.
- Select a Location from the Classes or Camps menu in the upper right blue box.
- Their webmaster has re-styled the tables and they are presented by program in a clean, organized layout.
- From their Parties menu, click the balloons, then click the "View Online", and their Jackrabbit EVENT Calendar is displayed for booking parties online.
Kids Are Tops -
www.KidsAreTops.com is a multi-sport facility.
- Select Register Online! from the left navigation.
- Classes are grouped by program using their Cat1 and Cat2 codes.
- Their webmaster has added text boxes to the left of each table, and color coded the tables for distinction among programs.
Kids First Sports -
www.KidsFirstSports.com is a large multi-sport facility with over 4000 active students.
- Select "Registration" from the purple left navigation menu, then select the sport you are interested in.
- Once on the particular sports page, notice the large tables are sorted by class then by day.
- Kids First chooses not to have the live "Register" links in their tables.
Stouffville Academy -
www.StouffvilleAcademy.com offers Dance, Music, Drama, and Summer Camps.
- The Portal is highly visible and accessible in the top middle of the header on every page.
- Choose your discipline from the Schedule dropdown or from the icons on the home page.
- Each discipline (Cat1) has its own webpage complete with class listings tables organized by specific program level (Cat2).
- Also, by going to Registration > Online Registration, they have provided instructions for using the Registration form, along with billing information.
Music studios often offer private lessons with a maximum enrollment of one student per class. Jackrabbit's class listings can accommodate that requirement.
Microtone Music -
www.MicrotoneMusic.net presents an organized and pretty display of their various Kindermusik classes.
- On their "Registration" tab, notice the Kindermusic logos beside each class grouping.
- On that same page, they give nice information on discounting, pro-rating, and even offer a form for a free trial class.
- Their Customer Portal is on every page in the upper right corner making it easy for returning customers to access their accounts.
Kindermusik of Cambridge -
www.KindermusikCambridge.com lists classes by location.
- Select the "Schedules" tab, then choose the city location you are interested in.
- Once on the location's page, the classes are listed with a traditional Jackrabbit class listing.
B's Music Shop -
www.BsMusicShop.com scatters their class listings among many pages which also feature the instructor's bio.
- From the home page or Lesson tab, choose instrument such as Piano, Guitar, Drum, etc. Once on the instrument page, read about the instructor then view his available private lessons shown in a class listing table. Once a time slot is filled, it no longer appears in the class listing.
Camp Swamp -
www.CampSwamp.com groups their various seasonal camps on different webpages (sub-sites).
- KidsCamp - www.CampSwamp.com/kidscamp - From the KidsCamp Home page, choose "Registration" down the left vertical navigation, then choose "Current Openings" (KidsCamp runs February through July each year). Text instructions are provided for Returning versus New customers, then the camps (classes) are shown with information, ages, openings, and dates in the table.
- Swamp Corps - www.CampSwamp.com/swampcorps - Choose "Apply Now" and notice they have re-labeled the Register, Class, and Tuition columns in these tables to Apply, Applicant, and Fee. This shows a creative use of the Class Listings tables to present information with alternative titles.
Swim facilities face unique challenges in presenting online registration. Traditionally, most swim schools want to limit the parents' ability to choose and enroll in a specific level without the staff first evaluating the child. Also, classes are usually 1-4 students and many times the level of the class isn't defined until the first child is enrolled. There are several options that Jackrabbit Swim can offer to meet these needs.
Bubble Swim School -
www.BubbleSwimSchool.com displays all their class listings and groups the classes by type as well as Days.
- On "Class Schedule" you will see they have used many class listings tables to group classes.
- Notice they have chosen to show the number of openings remaining in each class.
Dolfin Swim School -
www.DolfinSwimSchool.com is a multi-location facility and use Jackrabbit to display their classes in an organized fashion.
- On their "Schedule and Register" page, classes are grouped by session, location, and program level.
- The web developer hides the tables until a class level and session is chosen, then the appropriate table appears.
Little Otter Swim School -
www.LittleOtterSwim.com guides the parent to the proper level class by asking a few questions about age and current skills.
- The Customer Portal is in the header navigation, accessible from every page.
- Click the "Start Here" button on the home page to begin narrowing your search. By answering questions about your child's age and abilities, you are taken to the appropriate class page, which features the Class Listing table (based on their Category 1 code).
Waterloo Swim School -
www.WaterlooSwimSchool.com organizes their tables by program (level).
- From the main navigation, choose "Classes/Schedule", and scroll down to see the various levels which contain a text description then the listing table underneath each level.
The Skate School -
www.theSkateSchool.com offers Ice Skating classes.
- Choose a skate school, such as Fox Valley Ice Arena, from the dropdown in the upper right corner.
- Once on Fox Valley's page, select either Group Classes, Hockey, or Figure Skating. In each case, you will be taken to a page with the Class Listings tables which are grouped by their Category 2 assignments.
- Notice they have used text above each table to supply the Class name and Description, so that those columns can be hidden in the tables. This provides a clean organized appearance.
